This shiur is being given as a zechus for a refuah shleyma for Pinchas Yechezkel ben Bryna Rochel (Howard Witkin).

-Please note the following correction to the Halachos of Tisha Bav that were sent out earlier this week:

Immediately after the fast it is permitted to bathe normally, do laundry, wear freshly laundered clothes, and listen and play music.

 In regards to consumption of wine and meat, most opinions are stringent not to do so until Monday morning.

Birkei Yosef / Shlo permit eating meat and drinking of wine after the fast 

Rav Tuchechinsky The minhag in Jerusalem is to keep all the restrictions until Monday morning
