Dear Community,

-       We are looking for someone to take the honor of sponsoring kiddush this week! Consider sponsoring in honor of a Simcha, Yahrzeit, or just to support Aish LA.  If you would like to sponsor kiddush, simply reply to this email.

-       It is with great sadness that we inform the community of the passing of Adele Greenstein, beloved mother of Derek Greenstein.  Derek can be reached in Los Angeles from Wednesday, 9:00 A.M. @ 310-871-5602

-       A torrent of Zionists (grade A kiruv material) is going to walk by Aish this Sunday morning in honor of Israel's Independence Day.  We're looking for volunteers to smile, give out water, and waive Israeli flags right outside Aish.   Please email Nir (Nirijoon@gmail.com) if you can volunteer for a slot of 30 minutes starting 10am to 12pm.   

-       Rabbi Cohen’s tehillim series for women will begin this shabbos afternoon, promptly at 6 pm at the home of David and Beth Leventhal at 1718 Bagley Ave, just south of Airdrome.  Please let us know if you are planning on bringing your children so we can provide adequate childcare.
