Dear Community,
· Reminder! Lag B'Omer Family Friendly Hike - Join Rabbi Cohen and others for a great nature excursion at Solstice Canyon in Malibu. Either meet at the trailhead at 2 p.m. or at the Aish parking lot on Pico at 1:20 p.m. to carpool. We plan on having Mincha and then an early dinner at the Malibu Fish Grill for those interested. The hike is very child friendly!
Directions: Take PCH to Malibu and turn inland on Coral Canyon Road (West of Malibu Canyon Road and Pepperdine University at the intersection with the 76 gas station). The park entrance is just around the bend on the left. Trailhead address: Corral Canyon Road & Solstice Canyon Road, Malibu, CA 90265
· We are very excited for our barbeque lunch on the second day of Shavuos with Rabbi Weinberg! To attend, please sign up in advance by emailing Menucha. $18 for members and $36 for non-members.
· Please daven with extra kavanah for Jonah Light’s nephew, Avraham ben Michal Tova, who is in the middle of having bone marrow transplant surgery.
